Saturday Things

1. Hello friends, it’s nice to see you on this lovely Cinco de Mayo.

2. To celebrate this blessed occasion, my husband has asked me to make biscuits and gravy. {me=????}

3. Nothing says Mexican like biscuits and gravy. {again, ????}

4. On Thursday, we FINALLY got our internet installed. Halle-freakin-lujah. Look out world, I’m on the loose again.

5. I was browsing through the many photos I have when I came across the one I posted above which my husband snapped a few weeks ago. It is one of maybe three photos of this girl smiling normally. Typically we get a face we so lovingly call ‘crazy eyes‘.

6. On Monday, I’m posting a RIDICULOUS recipe that you all need to go make. I feel the need to prep you for such deliciousness. Make sure to have sweetened condensed milk, butter and cream on hand. Just sayin’.

7. I promise the recipe is low fat.

8. And by low fat I mean not low fat at all.

9. If you’re all into the whole healthy-food-eating-thing then I’m afraid I’m going to have to break up with you.

10. It’s not you, it’s me. Actually, no. It’s totally you.

11. Since having internet back again, I have become re-obsessed with Pinterest. Come join the pinning party…and continue enabling me and by addiction. Please and thank you.

12. Today, I am craving this like nobody’s business. I have made it twice in the last week. I may have a problem.
