Merry Christmas!

December 22, 2013

christmas cardMerry Christmas, friends! Since I can’t exactly send you all a Christmas card, I thought I would share it here 🙂 This year has been a doozie for my little family! Lots of crazy-awesome-ridiculous things happened in 2013 including: adding another member to our family, remodeling our kitchen and publishing my ebook all at the same time {!!!} while still somehow staying sane….I think.

We are so grateful for all you loyal readers. You are so supportive and make me want to keep blogging and developing recipes. I love talking with you all on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other forms of social media I have. Keep those comments coming!

Since I like so many how about the latest one I’ve made which was the mini salad pita pockets. Might I say it is impossible for me to find mini pita pockets now that I want them? It was such a great idea to send for the kids lunches and pretty versatile. Have a wonderful Christmas, look forward to many more recipes.

Lauren – I came across your pizza dough recipes about 3 yrs ago and everything about your page was impressive to me. The step by step pictures showing me exactly what to do and how it should look gave me the confidence to try making homemade pizza for he very first time. It turned out PERFECTLY! As a result of the success, I almost rarely purchase pizza any more as I’ve come to love this recipe and it’s so easy too. I feel that I have the perfect pizza recipe all thanks to you. In fact, some family is coming over on Christmas day and their specific request for dinner that night…….Lauren’s pizza! THANKS!
