Merry Christmas!

December 22, 2013

christmas cardMerry Christmas, friends! Since I can’t exactly send you all a Christmas card, I thought I would share it here 🙂 This year has been a doozie for my little family! Lots of crazy-awesome-ridiculous things happened in 2013 including: adding another member to our family, remodeling our kitchen and publishing my ebook all at the same time {!!!} while still somehow staying sane….I think.

We are so grateful for all you loyal readers. You are so supportive and make me want to keep blogging and developing recipes. I love talking with you all on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other forms of social media I have. Keep those comments coming!

I have to confess that I haven’t made a recipe from your site yet. It’s been in my blogroll for ages and I love your simple, accessible recipes. And your writing style. You have the best sense of humor! If I were to pick a recipe off of the top of my head to make right now it would be the gingerdoodles. I love molasses cookies and those look just about perfect.

I have tried so many, all with wonderful results! There are so many more on my list to try. But my favorite so far has been the southwest tater tot casserole. That was a big hit with both me AND the boyfriend (and he can be picky about his flavors)!
