Merry Christmas, friends! Since I can’t exactly send you all a Christmas card, I thought I would share it here 🙂 This year has been a doozie for my little family! Lots of crazy-awesome-ridiculous things happened in 2013 including: adding another member to our family, remodeling our kitchen and publishing my ebook all at the same time {!!!} while still somehow staying sane….I think.
We are so grateful for all you loyal readers. You are so supportive and make me want to keep blogging and developing recipes. I love talking with you all on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other forms of social media I have. Keep those comments coming!

December 23, 2013 at 6:04 amI made your quinoa sweet potato stuffed peppers for my daughter’s birthday in August. I had a bunch of extra filling, so I mashed the potatoes into the quinoa and made it into patties to freeze. I pulled them out for her whenever I needed a side with her dinner and she loved them!
