Merry Christmas, friends! Since I can’t exactly send you all a Christmas card, I thought I would share it here 🙂 This year has been a doozie for my little family! Lots of crazy-awesome-ridiculous things happened in 2013 including: adding another member to our family, remodeling our kitchen and publishing my ebook all at the same time {!!!} while still somehow staying sane….I think.
We are so grateful for all you loyal readers. You are so supportive and make me want to keep blogging and developing recipes. I love talking with you all on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other forms of social media I have. Keep those comments coming!

December 24, 2013 at 7:06 amWow! It is SO HARD to choose ONLY ONE favorite! You have SO MANY GREAT recipes! I have had significant health issues the past 2 years (very sick resulting in 50lbs. of weight loss) and recently discovered several food items I can’t tolerate, including gluten, so your gluten free recipes have been a God send. The first one I saw and have used was your Mrs. Field’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Clone recipe with oat flour. Thank you for explaining how to make low cost oat flour! I have told SO MANY people how to do this and how much is saves! And now I can enjoy foods I couldn’t before. So, THANK YOU!
MERRY CHRISTMAS and God bless you and your family!

That is hard… my hubby’s favorite would be the candy cane crinkle cookies, my go to recipe is your chicken bites recipe, but I LOVE your BANG BANG chicken! However my ALL-TIME go to recipe… your peanut butter chocolate chip larabars!!! (I make these at least once a week during sports season… a double batch for the teenage boys in my life… aka my sons!)

December 24, 2013 at 8:36 amOur favorite go to meal for over a year has been your Parmesan & Garlic Linguine. It has certainly lived up to the “Super Easy” subtitle. A close second is the Browned Butter Alfredo… and when I am super daring I combine ingredients from both and we get a super yummy garlic alfredo… is it wrong to start drooling about garlic and alfredo before noon? If I have learned anything from reading your bloggings it’s that you would probably consider it normal and file it somewhere under #totallyabsolutelynormal&healthy 🙂
Merry Christmas and THANK YOU for the easy and delicious blog… also for all your pregnancy and baby updates- we just had our first and your candid thoughts helped me feel normal!
