hotel room with beds

IMG_0278Remember when I went to Chicago? Well, while I was visiting, I stayed at theWit Hotel. Once I checked in, I was given warm chocolate chip walnut cookies!!

Pretty sure I want every place I go to greet me with warm cookies. Is that really too much to ask? C’mon.

I definitely had a moment with my cookie.

AHEM.

ANYWAYS.

Here’s the room me and the Blakeman shared. Pretty fun and hip place if I do say so myself. These beds were hella comfy PS. I always love sleeping with 4+ pillows. It drives my husband insane, but lucky for me he wasn’t traveling with me.

We had a big tv to watch which is always enjoyable, in my opinion. If someone could pay me to visit their hotel and watch TV all day, I totally would.
IMG_0300 Over to the bathroom. BAM. You walk in and what do you see? The toilet.IMG_0286 Here’s the sink too. I loved how big and shallow it was. Super chic. IMG_0281 Another of course I obsess over these tiny shampoos and soaps. IMG_0283I definitely took these home and added them to my collection. I’m super cool like that.IMG_0285Anyways, if you’re in the Chicago area, head on over to theWit Hotel. Friendly staff, young-hip hotel, very clean rooms, amazing cookies and super comfy beds!

Find them here:

Doubletree cookies are so good. I had one today and it literally was the best part of my day.

    Hello, Lauren,
You have so many wonderful recipes… could you set it up so the main photo of the finished food is included with the recipe when printed? it would really help. Thank you! ;->

Wow that’s a nice room. Being greeted with a cookie is always a plus. Yes, I think I would like to always be greeted with a cookie! I wonder if that type of bathroom sink would help my husband from getting water EVERYwhere when he washes his face. I bet he’d still be able to make a mess!
