Hey all,

I wanted to pop in here with a quick pre-Thanksgiving post to tell you all THANK YOU!!

In October, I celebrated my 8th anniversary of Lauren’s Latest! Isn’t that so crazy?!

In these past eight years, I:

  • had two more babies
  • put my husband through grad school
  • moved seven times across three different states and
  • somehow managed to post 1300+ recipes amongst the insanity that is my life.

Whether you’re new to Lauren’s Latest or have been around since the beginning, thank you for being wonderful and positive and supportive of me and my family. We read every comment, every email, every Instagram message and appreciate it all.

And for those of you that are bound to ask about my outfit, my coat and earrings are from stitch fix, old scarf from target (similar here), favorite jeans here, and tieks. Newest tinted lip balm obsession with this color. (I strongly dislike lipstick!)

That’s it 🙂 Have a wonderful day!

And don’t forget to find me on Instagram Stories for more NYC fun in real time.

I left a comment on your Super Speedy Double Chocolate Pie post. I just have to say that I started visiting your blog YEARS ago because your recipes looked so amazing, but I continue to come back not just for the recipes but I because want to hear how you’re doing in NYC. Our family also moved around the same time yours did & as you were going through settling in there, I was also settling in here (Delaware, Ohio). Moving is tough & somehow it helped having someone else to commiserate with on the journey. Thanks so much for doing what you do!
